Booking a session can be placed through my website by entering your information below. once you hit “submit”, that information will be emailed to me, as well as, create a client profile on my end. From there, I’ll be contacting you directly to discuss the details of your appointment.

Feel free to ask questions or set up a day you’d like to shoot, and we’ll get back to as soon as possible to let you know if that day is available.

Once a date is requested, we require a $100 retainer to hold dates and must be paid within 72 hours from the date of requests.  Retainers are non-refundable, however, if an event beyond our control occurs, such as bad weather, or items ordered for the shoot are still en route in the mail, we will take care of the situation on a case by case basis. We ask that our clients communicate these concerns to us as soon as possible so that we can make reasonable adjustments.

Whether it’s something simple or even complex, I like to set up a brief consultation with my clients to ensure we have a smooth fun filled session.  Although sometimes photos can appear quite candid, most of what I do is generally planned ahead as there can by several moving parts to a photo session. This does not only mean deciding on a location, but what the styling, i.e. wardrobe, hair, and makeup, but whether we need a team on location, and depending on the type of shoot, what kind of lighting I will be needing to take along and how many assistant may need to be present.

Proper planning can make all the difference, so I highly recommend this initial step.

Let’s Shoot!

Okay, now its time have our session. Most sessions are on location, so we recommend to leave about a half hour early than you plan to account for traffic or in that rare moment Siri or Google Maps tells you to turn “left” when it was supposed to be “right”. Doh! It happens, we’re human, but the earlier we’re on location the better.

Please allocate at least 1.5 hours for the shoot. Depending on how many looks we are doing time can vary. Multiple locations will be much longer in total depending on how far each location is. In some cases we may need to have multiple sessions due to locations being too far apart and shooting in the best light isn’t possible.

What’s Next?

Okay shoot is done!!! You made it out alive! Now what? Next, we'll set up a date to do a viewing of the photos in person. Location can be in my studio, where you can view print samples and get an idea of which print might work best for you. If you’re not able to make it due your PCS schedule  or mode of transpiration is limited, we can most definitely make some arrangements to meet in an alternate location.

After the viewing, the selected images are in queue for retouching. Retouching times vary and can in some cases can take hours deepening on the level of detail needing attention. In general, we try to have all orders retouched within 2 weeks. Once images are retouched, we will send the proofs to a private gallery so that you can give us the “OK” for us to print them. Once approved, you’ll be able to download the images resized for social media, and share them with your friends and family.

Please note that social media images will have a small watermark on them and are not for printing as they are too small do require a print release which is available at an additional cost and minimum order amount.

Your Prints are ready!
